The Legal Intelligencer’s “Best of” survey asks readers to vote for the best providers of products and services to Pennsylvania’s legal community in more than 40 categories. The results were published in the “Best of 2013” issue on Oct. 22, 2013. The Legal Intelligencer is the oldest and most respected legal journal in the country.
“We are proud to once again earn the trust and respect of our partners in the legal industry,” said Darryl Levine, Founder and President of USClaims. “Our work allows plaintiffs to pay their bills while a case moves through the courts to reach a fair settlement and provides personal injury lawyers with the time they often need to reach a more advantageous settlement or verdict.”
Founded in 1996, USClaims is the longest continuously operating pre-settlement funding company in the United States. It currently has $35 million in active funding and more than 3,000 clients. The firm operates by purchasing a portion of the anticipated proceeds of a claim and is repaid only if a case is won.
